Runfit combines elements of HIIT, yoga, calisthenics, cardio and strength training to make up a fun interactive 30 minute body weight workout. Each session is unique and focuses on different areas of your body, mind and soul.
All classes start with a light full body warm up and end with a fun yoga type stretching session which will leave you looking and feeling better. Anyone can do it and everyone will benefit from it whether you are just beginning your fitness journey or you’ve been training for years.
